At Fonteviva, we take great care to ensure our premium Italian mineral water arrives with you in perfect condition. Please read our returns and refunds policy carefully before placing your order.


Consumable Goods

Due to the nature of our products, Fonteviva water is classified as a consumable food product. For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns or offer refunds on opened products.


Damaged or Faulty Items

If your order arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

To help us resolve the issue quickly, please provide:

  • Your order number

  • A description of the issue

  • Clear photographs of the damaged items and outer packaging

Once verified, we will offer either:

  • A replacement, or

  • A refund (including delivery costs where applicable)

Undelivered or Missing Orders

If your order has not arrived within the expected delivery timeframe, please contact us and we will investigate with our courier partner.


Change of Mind

As our products are consumable, we do not accept returns or refunds for change-of-mind purchases, in line with UK consumer protection regulations regarding perishable and sealed goods.


Pre-Orders

For pre-order purchases:

  • Orders may be cancelled before dispatch for a full refund

  • Once dispatched, the standard returns policy applies


Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be processed back to the original payment method within 5–10 working days, depending on your payment provider.
